    Hi I am looking to book a trip for 12/9/16 for myself and my partner. Do I pay a deposit upfront or is the full amount deducted from my account ? Also I read it is imperative you are contacted by 5pm the previous day to confirm, we will be travelling up from Tofino and I am unsure about the mobile coverage, will it be a major issue if we cannot make contact.

    Hi Louise.

    We require a full payment in order to secure your seats as it reduces administrative work on our end. However, we have modified our refund policy to reflect these changes and you now receive a full refund following a cancellation outside 14 days prior to your trip with us.

    Cell service on the Island is fairly good. Fortunately though, you will still find in some museums the way we used to do it: public pay phones! You can use our toll free at any one of these antiquated communication devices upon their discovery. Good luck!
